What is an ISSN? The serial number of a scientific journal
An ISSN (International Standard Serial Number) is an eight-digit identifier assigned to every scientific journal worldwide, defined in the ISO 3297 standard. The ISSN is a key element for identifying journals on the Polish MNiSW ministerial list.
